Client Services Representative

The Client Services Representative responds to inquiries from our clients and receives status updates. It’s important to be a good communicator, as you will be expected to interact with our Tax Associates and Senior Tax Professionals each day regarding case updates. Good customer service and time management skills are essential.

Case Manager

The Case Manager is responsible for answering inquiries from existing clients and providing status updates on ongoing cases. You should be able to communicate realistic timelines each day with Senior Tax Professionals and Tax Associates. This is a demanding job that requires exceptional time management and customer service skills.

Tax Associate

Tax Associates routinely contact prospects and handle phone calls from individuals and businesses who need help with IRS problems. There are three primary objectives for the Tax Associate:

1. Speak with the potential client in order to identify the root of their tax problems.
2. Qualify a prospect, preparing them for the appropriate services.
3. Close the transaction, collect the submission packet, then forward this info to the Tax Resolution Staff.

Accounting & Payments Coordinator

Applicants will need a good background in accounting and consumer finance. If you have a track record of success and are a growth-driven professional, The Tax Resolvers would love to speak with you. You’ll be on the front lines when it comes to recording and collecting payments from clients. You will handle the financial aspects of a clients tax resolution program.

Tax professional

As a Tax professional with The Tax Resolvers, you will work closely with Tax Agencies each day and update files on a regular basis. You will interact with Senior Tax Professionals and Case Managers with regular updates on the status of your cases. This is a high-stress job for those with the right skills. Great time management and customer service skills are important, as is accuracy and professionalism.
